Here we'll try to explain how to order items in our store. First of all you need a customer account at Neubuch24. If you don't have one, please read and follow our instruction how to open up an account. The following step-by-step instruction takes for granted that you're successfully logged in as a customer. If you have questions about it, feel free to contact us.

1. Search the items in our store you want to buy. At each item you'll find an link named "In den Warenkorb" to put the item into your shopping cart. Easily click this link. Normally you stay on the same page. An additional box with your shopping cart items is showing up.

2. If you have finnished putting items into your shopping cart, click the "Zur Kasse" - link to continue the ordering process. This leads you to http://www.neubuch24.de/basket.html. Now you can see and control all your items in your shopping cart. If everthing seems to be all right, click the "Weiter zur Kasse >>>" - button.

3. Now you're on the checkout page. All items of your shopping cart are showing up again and you're able to choose some more shipping options. You're also able to choose or add additional invoice or shipping addresses. And you can choose your payment method. If everything seems to be all right, please click the "Bestellung abschicken" - button.

4. Congratulations! You've successfully ordered the items in your shopping cart. You basket have been cleared automatically. Please check your email account. You should find an email about your order (unfortunately written in german).

We're sorry that we can't offer you an english version of Neubuch24 at the moment. But in near future we're trying to fix this problem.
